What is the delivery Charge?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95
When will I receive my order?
Finga-nails aims is to despatch all orders within 3 working days.
Orders are despatched Monday – Friday only
Orders are not despatched on Weekends or National holidays (ie. Bank Holidays).
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail signed for service.
Once your item has been dispatched the estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days. Please note delivery times are only estimates and occasionally take longer especially during busy holiday periods.
Do you ship overseas?
Oversea Orders are welcome; these will be shipped by Royal Mail Postal Service
How Much will it Cost for International Orders?
The standard charge for shipping overseas is £9.99
For our international customers, although rare, please be aware there is the possibility of a delay (no longer than 1 month) to your order at customs and charges may occur; this is out of our control. Your local government may apply duties and/or customs taxes to your order when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. Please ask your local postmaster for more info. We are not liable for these charges, and unfortunately, they cannot be reimbursed or refunded nor can we accept returns or issue a refund if you decide not to pay these custom fees. If you refuse to accept your package you will be liable for 50% of your order plus all associated shipping charges.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Because Finga-nails aim is to packing and dispatch within 1-3 days any amendments or cancellation to orders after this period cannot be made as the goods will probably be on their way to you. You can however return any items within 10 days if you are unhappy with them once they arrive. Items must be returned in original packing and original condition. A Refund is subject to meeting this requirement. The customer must pay the cost of return postage.
What are the Payment Options?
Finga-nails uses PAYPAL only as payment method.
We must receive payments in full before items are dispatched. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and included in the ‘Total Cost’ at the checkout stage of placing your order.
What is the Privacy Policy?
Your Personal information is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations.
